Yes, its that time of year when the manufacturers who supply the bridal shops discontinue a range of dresses to allow for new designs to be added. There is a big trade show coming up soon where they release the 2012 designs & their portfolio of gowns would be massive if they didnt discontinue some. Good wedding shops will have taken note of the dress you love and will call you to let you know that there is only a limited time in which to process your order but dont rely on that to happen - If you KNOW its 'the one' give them a quick call to check.
The same also happens with bridesmaid dresses so keep that in mind as I know its sometimes a logistical nightmare getting everyone in the same place at the same time.
